Information in your enquiry
When you email us, you choose the information to provide. This may include your name, company, email address, correspondence and a description of your business requirements. We use it to respond, clarify scope, arrange a meeting, prepare a quote and communicate about a project.
You can choose not to provide details, although we may need enough information to assess the work or respond to your request. Do not include bank credentials, authentication codes or sensitive customer records in your initial email.
Website and service providers
Hosting, network and email providers may process technical information, such as an IP address, browser details and request time, to deliver and protect their services. This website uses Cloudflare for network delivery. Enquiry emails pass through the email delivery service and the mailbox used to respond.
Providers may process information outside New Zealand according to their service arrangements. Project-specific hosting and data-location requirements should be raised during scoping.
Sharing and retention
Relevant information may be provided to service providers needed to operate this website, handle email or perform agreed project work, or where disclosure is required by law. The recipients of integration data are defined for each project.
Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project and on applicable legal or contractual record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask about retention or to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet those requirements.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct personal information held about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing support@nz.begintech.net. We may need to confirm your identity to handle the request appropriately.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not include advertising trackers or a website enquiry form. Cloudflare network services may use technical information or cookies to provide security and network functions. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for this website, it measures visits and page performance; it does not show us the content of your enquiry emails.
Email-button clicks indicate intent to enquire. They do not confirm that an email was sent or received.
Integration data
The bank and customer data used by an integration has a separate project scope. Access permissions, storage location, retention, intended recipients and operational responsibilities are agreed in the project documents. See our data and security approach.
